A spell cannot make people do whatever you want. However a change of attitude towards people might.
Going through life with a smile and being nice to others will reciprocate helpful and nice behaviour in return but don't expect people to be at your beck and call everywhere you go.

you could look into luck and/or friendship spells, but if there's a specific thing you would like people to help you with there might be other choices [like help you find work]
