It is always better to learn, write and cast your own spells as they are more connected to you and your situation than a spell caster.

Also many spell casters are frauds, they will often claim to be free but expect you to pay for unnecessary items, in return you get no result.

No thanks I'm no good at magic spells myself still looking for a spellcaster and a tarot reader..

With practice comes skill. Tarot decks are inexpensive.
Spells do not fix all things.

If you still insist upon finding someone else, be wary. 'First one's free' offers can be just as potentially scams as people who charge for fraudulent services.

If someone else casts a spell on your behalf, itwill rarely, if ever, be as specificor effective as if you do so yourself. You are more directly connected to the situation at hand, whereas a person doing the work for you has only the limited information which you supply.

Some tangential thoughts and opinions:
Magic is primarily about inner change, not external change. The phrase, "Know thy self," is quite important. We all have ideals and desires about ourselves which are not necessarily true. This is one of the first processes to begin in magic. But it is not vital to be successful endeavors -- especially since it is a very long process.

But meditation will help you center yourself, and help you concentrate for visualization and energy manipulation. These things train you to focus your intent for works.

As for tarot, there are many excellent resources to learn online. It's all symbolic, and once you have a system you wish to follow, it's all down hill from there.
