I have 2 questions please help me with this..

1. I don't have many friends are there any spells that can attract people that will likely become my friends?

2. Does forgive me spells work? I and my friend argued and she is pretty mad at me and I have apologized and she accepted but she is still mad anyways are there any spells that can help situations like this?
