Spell casting - need help

I’m very interesting in spell casting but I lack a purpose. I’m not sure like if spells will even work or if only certain ones work but i am not sure where to start with spell casting. I’m not in a position to where I could go buy candles or ingredients, though I could do like prayers or invocations of gods/goddesses. I also feel very attached to spirits around me and I’ve been told I’m the son of elipis (hope from Pandora’s box) and a Druid. I also have been helped in possibly seeing (unconfirmed from me) that I have a spirit animal leopard named Xabar. Can someone help??

I know I basically just joined as a member but for quite a few spells all you need is on/in your body. Examples: voice, mind, eyes, etc. I find that belief can be the difference between actually casting a spell (yay!!) or not having anything happen (nooo!). Ok I gave my advice so goodbye!

You could always try to make your own spells. Be careful and do your research while you make it, and you must believe in yourself and your ability to make and cast it. I've done it myself, it took a few years to perfect it though. But the results were there, just not long lasting till I fixed it up and perfected the spell

Believing in the spell you're casting is indeed the most difficult aspect of it; the tools of candles, incense, and other materials can be used to assist you in believing in your purpose even more! Sometimes having a symbol of what you to get out of a spell is what makes the difference between confidence in what you want to manifest, vs a lack of confidence. It takes time to see what works for you :)

(And since youre not in the position to purchase these tools, many things can be found on the planet, like foraging, sticks, etc)

You have a nice backstory, and with this I have gathered that conjuring and elemental magiks are for you. Make or get some. I in time will make quite a few, so look to me as a res or even if you need it.

If you don't know where to start and don't know what can and cannotwork, then you shouldn't really be casting spells, you should be learning and studying how to undertake magickal practice instead.

You don't need items in order to practice, these are props or tools that can help put you into the correct mindset to effectively undertake spells or rituals, or they can add correspondence. They are an addition and aren't necessary.

Don't do something just because you feel like you should, working with a deity is a very personal thing, it is a close bond that is formed between you and the deity, not something to be done if you aren't interested in putting the effort into forming a relationship and shouldn't really be done if you just want to gain a magickal result out of it.

A good idea is to step back from magickal practice and learn what kind of path you are interested in, you may find that after some study, druidryisnt for you, but another path or religion may be.
