how to close a third eye

I've had my third eye open all my life so all my life I've been able to see ghosts and demons and I don't want to see them anymore so if anyone know how to close a third eye please help me

The third eye is one of the seven chakras. It is the sixth one and is represented by the color indigo. For most people, it must be opened in order to reconnect with intuition and trusting ones own instincts.

However, the thing about chakras that is often not mentioned is that while they can be blocked and "under-active", they can also be too open and "over-active."

I haven't been able to find anything about closing them off, but this site explains that one should not try to close off their over-active chakras because they are simply compensating for those that are under-active, so the best way to make it not compensate is to open up the others.

I am not sure if this willstop you from seeing ghosts and other entities, but it is worth a try, and this site has a lot of really good information on the balancing of chakras that could help in other ways.
