Assistance please

Hello everyone. Can anybody assist me please? I want a spell to open my bosses eyes to the fact a work colleague is no good at her job. What colour candle do I use for starters. I do have some eyebright to make them see what's going on but I need a ritual. Hope you can help

Why do you want this person fired/demoted/etc? Why do you think they are bad at their job? Surely, a boss would see that they're bad and have appropriate action.

But, black for empowerment and green may help you. Green traditionally is success, luck, and money, but if you mix it with the black candle (empowerment, banishing, curse breaking), you could effectively use the duo to make someone lose their job. With the intent of having someone's eyes be opened to a bad event, the black and green will also help, for empowerment of the intent and the success of the intent.

You're not likely to find someone who will write you and entire ritual, as those things are best left to yourself to do.

It's a long story as to how she got the job and keeps it despite everything but an alternative is that she finds better employment closer to her home therefore leaving by her own decision
