Wings and flying

I was looking at some spells and I saw spells to grow wings and to fly. I would like to know if such thing is possible and if so can I have a spell to do so

And I would like to know about hot to make and control psi balls and how to change their form well as if you can name weapons or something similar to fight with and if u can make a plant grow really fast and time freezing

I'm sorry to disappoint, but anything having to do with growing wings, flying, materializing things from thin air, becoming anything other than human, growing limbs, and the like, are all in the realm of make-believe. They are not something which magic can accomplish.

As for psi balls, they are merely an exercise in visualization and energy manipulation. They are not something which you will ever physically see; rather, they are something you imagine in the place you create them. They are not physical constructs, but mental. They have no direct influence on the material world.

Magic is not spells. Spells are an attempt to attain a magical result. That said, magic will always be in alignment with the laws of physics and biology. It cannot alter the flow of time, change the DNA of someone, or create matter.
