I know the basic thing so about magic like how u can’t bend elements or alter DNA so the spells have to apply to the laws of science and nature but what about mind control, mind reading, and the, telekinetic abilities such as pyrokiniess hydrokiniess and jut telekinesis could you cast spells to do those things

Kind of grey areas, some believe some don't, I would research and draw your own conclusion. Personally, while you can strengthen your clairvoyants ability mind control and the ability to control/influence elements with your mind is something outside the realm of most humans [or if you can say, control a candle flame, you can't control a giant fire, smaller changes are a maybe in my opinion]

Any type of kinesis is fake. As Neko stated, some people believe in them, however it drives them nowhere. You can not read minds, make objects move nor control fire.
