messeging on SOM.

hello. i became a member of this site earlier this year and i seem to be unable to messege people to join coven's and such, there is a tab (as you probably know) that you click on to messege people but it is not there when i click on a profile, i had it when i first became a member for a few weeks but then one day i went to messege someone and it was no longer there. i deleted my old account to see if it would change anything and i have just made a new one however the issue is still there. what should i do?

If you are using a mobile device there are issues with messaging. Computers and tablets give better service for this website. Good luck.

i attempted to use the site on my tablet however i had the same problem. thank you anyway though. (insert smiley emoji here because i am not certain that they allow them on the site)

Since you are using a mobile device then when you click on the name to go to the profile page, at the top you will see two drop menu tabs. One will be SoM and the other should say Profile. Click the drop tab for profile. You should see a button for Message. Clicking that should take you to the screen to type and send your message. It takes a bit to get used to how the new layout is for the site. Espcially on mobile.
And if that doesnt quite do it for you, try opening the drop menu for your browser (if on a recently updated android browser it should the the three dot button at the top right of your browser) and click on request desktop site.
