Spell for weakness

So I have a situation at home, we had a very toxic person living here taking advantage of everyone and spreading negative energy, just not pleasant, anyways they finally moved out but is still exploring a person in my house, vexing them and being the same person but in a different place, I need a spell to cut ties between them and make her move on forever, she is nothing but an energy and money drain, feels entitled to everything and does nothing, he doesn't have the spine to tell her to get lost even though she does nothing but cause misery for us all. Please help.

You can look into banishing and binding spells. Binding spells make it so the person is unable to harm you or others.

I've banished them but she is still taking advantage of this person, I banished her from everyone in the house, I need something that will put it into perspective for him.
