I need help really quick

So now its 1 AM when I started to write this. I want to curse someone or cast a karma spell on this person and I want to do it today because of a full moon and I want to do it at 3 AM. Can someone suggest me some good spell because I am new in this ( I am introduced to magick for about a year but I never did anything except tried to astral project and a protection spell) and I dont have any ingridients except basic things we have at home. English is nit my first language so will the spell work if I translate it to latin or my language? And if someone knows a latin spell let me know. The only cursing tehnique I know is taking a 10 inch yarn and knotting 3 knots while reciting spell but I mecer tried it.

I don't really do curses but here's one from free-witchcraft-spells.com called "Pepper Pentacle". It causes general strife and bad luck

White piece of paper
Black pepper
Pen
Black candle
Draw a pentacle on the paper, fairly large. Write your target's name in the center. Carefully sprinkle a fine line of pepper around the outline of the pentacle. Once done, light the candle and let it burn for a few minutes to get the wax melting.

Hold the candle over the pentacle and let several drops of wax fall on the person's name. Ideally, enough to cover the words. Then let the candle burn for an hour before putting it out. Leave your pepper sigil in place where it won't be disturbed until your spell has its effect.

Also, I personally find that incantations in your native tongue work better than ones translated into Latin, because you have to understand the words to really charge them with your intent.
