to create magical items the most common thing to do is sit it in the moonlight after the ritual.you might need certain candles or herbs to create the item in the ritual.always know what the right words to chant.you can never go wrong with visualization,or a magic circle containing white magick for when things could go wrong.when ending a chant,you can never go wrong with saying "so mote it be" or "blessed be".you have to choose a specific kind of wood for the right purpose of the magical item.i'm not so sure if you can use toy parts to create a magical item.
