Energie

Hi im sorry to ask and i know u might have other questions to answer. I just want to ask one thing if anyone can answer that would be great.....
My enery seems to be doingvits own thing and if i try to do a spell it seems to not direct it at the spell at hand but is busy with something els or on another plane.... I would like to know if anyone has any advise on how to connect or link that energie to the workings i am doing?

Two things come to mind:

Firstly, you say in your profile that you're new. You may just need more practice and experience. If that's the case, carry on; you'll get there.

Secondly, I wonder if you're distracted. Wandering thoughts may misdirect intent at important moments of a working. In this case, carry on. You'll get there. I mean that; meditation helps discipline the mind, and all that great stuff people may recommend. But it does take time to accomplish.

One last thing, please be wary using abbreviations, such as "u" for "you." It's a violation of the site rules, and the moderators are not always shy about gagging accounts over it.

Honestly I'd try some grounding meditations/exercises. If you feel like your energy/self is somewhere else then personally i'd try to bring it back to my self in the moment. If you have trouble focusing your energy to a specific area I might also try using something to guide it like a wand or just a small piece of clear quartz.

Also I may be reading this wrong, but a lot of people don't use their energy for the entire spell, once it's cast a lot will leave it up to spirit or something else to carry it out.
