Make Someone Leave You Alone spell...

this is a component ... A object that you can make the candles flame go away ex. a glass
this is the instruction using it... Then take object ex. glass and blow the candles flame down through the glass.

What does this mean? Do I blow into the glass and angle it in such a way to blow out the candle? I just can't visualize it.

This just means that you would place your object - like a glass jar for example - overtop the candle to extinguish the flame and have the smoke from the candle going inside the empty glass jar.
