I don’t know what I am exactly but I know there’s magic inside me and it’s been growing stronger and stronger. The more I play with it, I get a sense of what I am to become but nothing clear. I’ve tried some spells on this site and many of them actually work for me! What does it mean to be a witch I live in a society that believes in to many stereotypes.
A witch is a person who practices witchcraft. If someone practices magic or witchcraft and chooses a different title, then that title is what they choose to be.
If your question is whether a witch is something other than human, the answer is no.
If I had to guess (and if you are asking? Lol), I would tell you that what you are is human, through and through. However, it is up to you to determine who you wish to become.
I am a firm believer in the idea of letting every choice and decision we make create the path we go down. We are none of us limited by others, except when we allow ourselves to be. Each of us holds the power to be the best we can be.
If you choose to be a witch, it's you who needs to decide what that will mean. It means so many things to each individual, and the only definition that should matter to you is your own. So own your strengths, improve upon your weakness, and be yourself!

What Prsona said is true in the modern sense of 'What is a Witch', that is the simplest and most literal definition - Someone who Practices Witchcraft.
Historically Witch, when you dig deep into it is seen as otherworldlyin the sense that they have one foot here in this world and one foot in the endless realms of the Spirits. When you dig further there are many various ways to become a Witch - most of which did not involve being born with any innate magical abilities, they sort after some sort of Patron or Familial Spirit where the magic would come from in a way and translated into our world through theirs.
Witches in some definitions were practitioners of Heretical or Unsanctioned Magic - meaning magic that was against common law, way back when there were laws against Necromancy, Divination, Curses and the Procurement of Love - however protecting cattle was fine, undoing 'Witchcraft (meaning Curses) was all well and good - however, if a practitioner failed in Healing, Protecting and Undoing of Curses - upset clientele could target them and call them a Witch and say they were using Witchcraft to keep them ill or such (Because people love to blame others for their own problems).
In Modern Definition - Witch and Witchcraft has a very basic definition - Someone who practices Magic, which leads to many things that culturally is not Witchcraft being labeled as Witchcraft (Like Smudging) by uneducated or White Folk. So your best bet at defining Witch, in my opinion, is looking on older definitions of the word than the modern due to the blatant cultural appropriation in a lot of Modern Crafts.
As said, a witch is someone who practices witchcraft, but it doesn't mean you cast spells every day. Personally if you take some time to reflect on the world around you, that's enough. Observe the seasons, try to live in balance with nature, possibly do something magickal [not just spells, shielding, cleansing, mindfully drink tea, theres a long broad list] these things make you a witch, not owning certain items, dressing a certain way, or casting spells.
I feel the same way ive played and tinkled with a few things but i feel the magic inside wanting to come out espically when im hurt or angry. is this ok

This post has already garnered many replies on what a Witch is. I would like to add something that I hope is a different take. A Witch is one who takes Raw Magickal talent such as you say you have and Refines it into a Systematized, Disciplined approach to obtain fuller, more Powerful results in one's Craft.
It's as I said in another reply I just posted; I have always had a high Proficiency in Divination. However, without the Systematized Discipline of Witchcraft, it has lost its Potential to affect a more Meaningful Outcome. As I said on the other post, it is just like flipping a coin and seeing only half the Results more clearly. Without the Discipline and Systematization of a Craft such as Wicca, your Potential--no matter how Powerful--becomes Wasted, if even partially.
