Spirit in my dreams?

I was wondering if the spirit in my dream was an ancestor of mine or a spirit in woman form.

In my dream I was in an old home of mine. A woman came up next to me and smiled. She commented in a positive way "Your pregnant! Look at that baby bump!" I looked down in shock. (I'm not pregnant in real life) she looked like a native american woman.

I looked up the meaning of being pregnant in dreams, and I found that an aspect of myself is growing.

Loved ones who have crossed over. Often enter people dreams to tell them that they are happy and free in the place where their spirt rest. So, yes it's possible for ancestors to visit. If you are linked to Native American in anyway, then it might possible be the woman was an ancestor. Pregnant often symbolic growing, this can be on the path you are walking where you are learning new things and yourself, or this could be symbolic of a new project, if you have picked one up. In short it could also just be your ancestors supporting you and your craft.
