Wish

I made a simple wish, right after I had said my wish I became dizzy. Could this be a sign that the wish worked?

Wishes can be tricky. If worded correctly, they can come true and really be fulfilling. Worded ominously or less precise, wishes can become twisted and what you wished for could be skewed. I would suggest cleansing yourself and meditating on the wish's specific intent just to add some security.
Also, wishes take energy so more to your question, energy can be taken and used to manifest your desire, but it's also calling out into the universe which is pretty exhausting, kinda like yelling to a friend over a heavy metal band. By focusing on your intention, you can add some extra energy, replenish your own, and better your odds of success. It's most likely using energy for manifestation but making sure it fully manifests to help you is vital to wishes.

I feel it's more of a sign you didn't ground or charge energy property. I would try a few basic energy charging/grounding techniques before trying again. [I would say you pulled from your body's energy to cast the spell, which made you dizzy. So, yes, you did cast the spell, but it's not a sign of how successful it'll be]

Can someone grant me a wish or do I have to find A working spell?
I am a beginner witch btw

Kameleon, a wish is just a desired end. That desired end is never a guarantee, especially with any sort of passive effort. A wish spell is a very redundant thing, in my opinion, and can backfire into nothing more than intensifying the desired end result. Rather than casting a spell to make a wish, do the working directly related to your desired results, and make sure you work towards enabling such things to happen in your life.
