Prophetic dreams/visions

I've been having prophetic dreams/visions for at least 15 years. I've been having problems trying to remember them but no luck. I've read articles on how to remember the dreams but still no luck. The visions are different, they are more like "Unintentional readings" than anything. They usually are right most times. Does anyone have recomondations on how to remember or help with memories?

I don't understand. If you can't remember them then how do you know they were prophetic?

Becuase I have deja vu when the certain event happened and I remember seeing it. However, I want to see how I can remember the morning I wake up.

A dream journal. Write down everything you can remember everyday as soon as you wake up. As you do this you'll be able to remember more and more of the dreams. You have to train your brain. Typically dreams are only ever stored in the hippocampus, which is to say, the temporary memory part of the brain (overly simplifying this). In order to start storing them to the cortex, the hard drive, such as it were, you'll have to train your brain to do this via a dream journal. Even if all you remember was seeing a color, or a smell, or a sound, or a fleeting glimpse of anything, write it down.

I actually find listening to a audio book before bed helps activate the parts of the brain that recall dreams.

The time of night when your brain makes the most melatonin is around 3-4 AM. I haven't tried this myself, but I've heard that setting an alarm for that time and then going back to sleep right afterwards can help you to remember your dreams.
