Can someone please help..

Hello.. I am a new member. I am extremely desperate for help. I am 22 years old, and there is a man who is older that has been harassing me and posting me on the internet, as well as making serious threats. I have done nothing to deserve any of this. The police have done nothing about this man, and at this point my health is starting to decline and I’ve thought about self harm. I live in a household currently with quite a few people and I don’t have the necessary materials to perform a spell (being candles... blood from him, etc). Are there any expert casters here who can help me/perform a spell for me? I am so desperate and practically begging. Please, anyone.

I don't know much about magick either so I'll suggest something else. Try reaching out to friends and family for help and keep persisting with the police. If that person messages you then you can screenshot the conversation for proof and maybe it's best if you don't post any pictures on social media until this is settled. It's surprisingly easy to find out where a picture was taken.

Dreamerbun, spells don't always need ingredients. Upon your mentioning incorporating the other person's blood into whatever it is you've considered doing to try to get the person to back off, I really have to question what sorts of plans you'd have to even acquire some for such a working.

If you want something with at least some ingredients, then consider something like a freezer spell: Write the person's name (or whatever it is that you know the person by) on a slip of paper, drop that into a bit of water, and place it in the freezer. It is meant to make them chill out; to freeze their behaviors.

That said, it's far from your only option. You could bind (in the sense of tying their hands or hindering their efforts), banish them, and more, with as little as a simple mantra or statement of intent.

I only mentioned “blood” because it seems as if most of the spells here asked for that. So please do not question me, rather the spells I came across... Also, I do not know how to bind.. I’ve been wanting someone to help me with these things.. thank you for your suggestions. I’m on this from a phone. Can you send me a message? I’m unable to. There’s no option for it.
