Sweetening jar doing it?

I recently made a sweetening jar to help in a situation in my personal life. Although I've dabbled this is the first time I've committed to a jar working. The working has been going for about 5 days and I've been diligent in feeding it and thanking it.

I've noticed movement in my target, only small things such as him messaging me at random, but things that make me very positive, but I've also noticed other things. For one, I have much more confidence. I walk past a mirror and I do a double glance and think damn, I look good today. I've also noticed other people being more attentive to me, not just my POI. These are people I don't see on a daily basis that are suddenly messaging me. Could my sweetening jar be working outside the boundaries of my target or is it all just a coincidence?

Look at it as a holistic response. The work youre doing doesnt just affect the target but you too, ...so there are waves when you drop a stone in the pond.

Did you use sugar (supposed to be faster acting) or honey? (slower action)

I used sugar as I read honey is more for maintaining while sugar is for movement. I put in cinnamon and rose petals. I also added a bay leaf, vanilla bean, ginger, lavender, and an olive leaf because all these have personal connections for both of us and what they represented in our relationship. I also added some personal things such as three rose quarts, a small piece of lip balm that I accidentally left at this house once and he carried in his pocket for two weeks before giving it back to me (I had forgotten about it even though we had seen each other several times since then), a small piece of a poster he gave me and a photo of the two of us next to the petition.

Regarding your intent of sweetening going out of the bounds of your target:

I believe this a possibility, but it I feel is likelier your confidence improving may be contributing to others taking more interest in you. I feel this is a possibility as well via social media, considering these are messages from others. Your confidence improving, contributes to your general happiness and affects your personal presence. Others can see this.

If a sweetening begins to magically affect others than the original target, it is my personal opinion, that this can be considered a spell backfire. It can have a positive outcome, yes, but the spell would not be accomplishing the intention I put forth.

In this case, I feel it is your gained confidence and happier disposition due to the confidence changes as well as your positive spell results, that may be drawing others in.

It is also worth considering that sweetening spells do not need be inclined only to romantic situations. I often cast sweetening spells to bring good blessings and gifts to family. I target their place of work and often a co-worker will end up bestowing a gift upon them.
