Static orb things??

So ever since I was born I was able to see this static blue dot things, that I am able to control and make them bigger and smaller..

Even create images with the static dots. I have ask alot of people and tried to get help if they were hallucinations. But I seem to still be able to see them.

Does anyone might know if this is a spiritual ability or something else ??

i beleive its a psi ball but im not 100% sure

I would see an eye doctor about this it could be an eye condition? Unless you're talking about "Floaters" which are often described at "blue" dots that move around the eye sometimes they can appear to be static but it's just because it's moving around with your eye.However, I'm not an eye doctor, I can't say anything for sure.
