Black magic . Help?

Okay this is a tricky one first of all i was an attractive young women everyone who i met had a jelouse side to them. My question is can someone cast a spell on you and make you do things so you become ugly physically ?

These types of castings are far less common than people fear [most curses are the result of you scaring yourself and charging negative energy yourself] That said, this is why daily energy work [grounding, charging, shielding] is important since we deal with people every day that might say something mean and that little bit of negative energy can stick to us and over time weigh us down.

What's if it's case that someone did cast on you? Would grounding and shielding yourself work for that as well?
