An Invasion of Spirits

There is this old doctor's office that has been closed for many years, but come to find out that it has been built on top of an ancient burial ground and I can feel all the spirits in the building and I also do over night security. What can I do to help them get to rest in peace.

You can speak to the spirits, if you are able do this aloud, and let them know that they have passed, and that if they'd like they can move on.

You may want to envision a light they can move towards. It could also be anything peaceful you envision. A garden, or other area. It need not be only a light it can be something else. Simply a safe space that may prompt them to cross.

Walking them through

There is another method I have used in the past where I had walked a passed individual down a path. I envisioned this in mind's eye.

This spirit had passed in an area I had lived and followed me to another location (attachment).

I felt it appropriate to try and help pass them on.

Envisioning walking beside a spirit and helping them to their destination is a wonderful meditative visualization I like to use.
