Hello, how do you banish an incubus? I didn’t summon mine but have one following me around for some time I’ve tried to banish it with the normal methods of banishing spirits along with banishing it in the name of Jesus but nothing has changed. It’s given me nightmares and sucking out my energy at night along with leaving bruises on my skin. Any ideas on how to banish such a creature would be much appreciated.
Try to find a way to communicate with it and ask why the incubus is bothering you. It's likely because someone sent it to you, likely with malicious intent. If that doesn't work, try to find a spell on here called a ward. They are protection spells that are confined to a specific area, and you can use these wards to make yourself a safe space from the incubus. It may not leave, but you'll have a place of safety from it. I prefer them in places you often use, such as your bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Incense could possibly drive the incubus away, but, like the communication, may only be temporary.

Hi, do you have a consecrated site for energy work/rituals? I would advise you on making your bedroom, particularly your bed a sacred site that spirits and entities cannot interact with you unless you have expressed explicit permission. Personally speaking, I use my bed almost like an alter as I meditate in bed and often further connect with the gods and spirits after a ritual there. It is also great to keep a piece of jewelry in your pillow connected to your patron god/goddess for protection. I'm not sure what your experiences are with doing cleansings which would also help, if you have any questions or want help feel free to reach out I love to help people!
I have had an Incubus problem before! And trying to banish it in the name of Jesus won't work unless you believe it will (Like strong belief).
If you want to get rid of it, I first suggest summoning it to you. As this usually catches them off guard. Then I suggest taking your energy back from it, and siphon energy from the Incubus. This shows that you are not someone to be messed with, and if they want to take your energy, then you are going to take theirs.
Its easier than you think. Just Imagine drawing energy from the entity. Remember that energy manipulation is quite easy:
Imagination and Intention = Shape Energy
Thought, Speech, Touch, and Visualization = Direct Energy
Intuition = Guides
Belief and Breath work = Amplify Energy

Some Christian Rituals work, but only Temporarily.
I have a Succubus that has haunted me since Childhood, likely owing to a potential incident. I never ever thought it was a Spirit or anything; I thought the thoughts were my own, from a Twisted Childhood in which no one person that I recall Violated me, but I was Violated in my Dreams. Further, there were Nightmares and Night Terrors that often came as well.
I've learned to Live with the Succubus...for now. She is a great source of both Shame and Rage for me.
I identified her in later years. We did a Cleansing--similar to a Smudging--on a house I moved into. I sensed a Presence and we went into the rooms, anointing in oil and calling on the name of jesus. I thought it was the Succubus we Banished, but she appears not to have been. She is Cunning, and I rarely sense her outright. But there are times I do sense her. I Hate her. With all my Heart.
She might be associated with another Entity. I won't go into that. People would start calling me crazy if I did, I imagine. If she's able to keep on me so much, it's likely because he gives her the Power to do so.(No, this other is not Satan, BTW.) One of the reasons I am looking into Witchcraft is to try and help me Center and Protect my Mind better as well as my Spirit.
Even when I was a Christian, jesus seemed to have no interest in protecting me from her. Or the other.

I'm sorry I can't offer much Practical Advice... The Empiricist in me hates saying there are separate entities who exist extra-existentially. I prefer to think that Spirits, Gods, etc. are the culmination of us on a Higher Plane of Intellectual Existence. Accessing such aspects through ways we know not how yet. But a few, like this Succubus, seem far beyond anything I conceive myself as being capable of. (In other words, its aspects are so different that I feel it must be a separate Entity.)
