dreams coming true

my dreams are coming true and I have no idea how to control it is either I don't have a dream or I have dreams that eventually come true I want to learn how to use this new magic to help others. I have seen so unaliving in my dreams and am scared because what I dream I can't change. I can't even say different words other than the words in my dreams.
