16 is a tough age all by itself much less adding a touch of clairvoyance to the mix. Take things slow, look inward, try not to overthink it. Do your best not to be overwhelmed. Might try keeping a notepad by the bed and as soon as you wake up write down what you can remember. Dream interpretation can be tricky, a lot of symbolism involved.
