Sleep paralysis-ish

I have a lot of episodes with sleep paralysis but I'm not concerned with that really. Lately I saw a white cat like creature on my ceiling looking down at me. The next couple of night I had sleep paralysis but couldn't open my eyes. during these I would feel something big and furry/soft lay next to or on me and be pushed back into sleep. My question is what am I interacting with. It's creepy but doesn't put me in a state of terror.

It could be a number of things you're interacting with. It could be that your entering a dream like state, to spirits, to demonic entities. With sleep paralysis, modern medicine isn't really clear on the cause. Same is to be said from a naturopathic standpoint. What I've researched is that coming in and out of therapid eye movement period can cause the temporary paralysis. Butif that happens while in a dream like state it can interfere with your perception of reality. Not saying what you're experiencing isn't real or some type of spirit. I just want to give you all the information I know so you can come to your own conclusions. Hope that helps.
