Help with IDing a spell

Hello there! I have had a very very strange year, which has culminated in my car needing a repair. Found out this morning when taken apart- there was a smooth, carnelian like (but lighter in shade) stone placed on my radiator.
Now for months I have seen someone in my car that was logically not there. I haven't been able to play music for months because it was like someone was touching my phone and pausing it every single day. I thought I just broke me phone. But then I'm handed this stone and realize... someone has been casting on me.

Now this is where I am seeking opinions- if it is carnelian- that's not a negative stone, that's actually a healing positive one. So I am confused as to, what the spell work intention was here. I know in hoodoo practice there's some spellwork when you leave a stone, but normally there's extra elements (like the stone would be soaked in something, it would not JUST be a stone). So either this is an increadibly incompetent attempt or it's a spell I am unfamiliar with.

Does anyone know of a spell involving leaving a single stone? A spell involving carnelian?

And for the curious- I have it soaking in salt water right now. Washed my hands in salt. I'm nuking my home with a cleanse later- because I don't know what the intention of this stone was.

Also, should be noted: my back tires had 3 nails each nailed into them and as that is a base for a hex- that's why I have my suspicion on intentions.
