For general improvement of health, basic good nutrition is pretty much the only advice one can safely give. Especially without context as 'health' is hugely broad in scope. Without knowing how you want to improve your health, there just isn't enough to work from.

The human body is a complicated machine, with many interacting parts. Without having some idea of what is happening, going in blind could cause damage rather than reverse it. Are you just looking for overall health tips? Or are you having specific symptoms? Has a doctor diagnosed a specific illness or condition? More detail is needed.

I need a spell that will diagnose and heal, or fulfill my wish to become very healthy.

And when it comes to guessing the future, I'd rather set my future so that what I want happens.
