Light and Dark

Is it harmful for a person to stay in the light all the time?

I was constantly praying for light and after praying I realized that most people's clothing style, thoughts and life were primitive.
I went to the bookstore and saw a lot of books with a snake theme. I don't know what it means but it reminded me of Lilith.
I read a prayer about Lilith and my surroundings became dark.
Do you think darkness and light should be in balance? Is light a person deceiving himself?
I am waiting for your opinions.

Merry Meet

It is a balance. Focusing too much on one or the other will have negative consequences. Think of all the wonderful things that happen at night. Are they harmful simply because they are in the dark? Think of nature. A storm might tear down trees, but new life grows from the destruction. If you refuse to acknowledge any darkness, it will do harm.

Have you heard of shadow work? The shadow was coined by Carl Jung as the hidden subconscious realm where we suppress what we refuse to accept. This could be major trauma and pain, but this could also be your confidence because you were told you were too loud by adults. By integrating your shadow, by bringing it into the light, you learn to love yourself deeper than before, and gain more power than you ever thought possible. On the other extreme, focusing only on healing and shadow work can be harmful. You body needs rest. You need time to integrate those things you discovered.

This brings us back to balance. Light and dark. Positive and negative. Good and bad. They are bot because nature is both. Just because you follow a love and light path, does not mean you are superior to someone who follows a left hand path. Someone who follows a left hand path isn't automatically depressed, demonic and evil. Someone who follows love and light is not always sunshine and rainbows. It is both.

Blessed Be.
