Using your index finger dab an invisible dot on your forehead. Then with your middle finger draw a circle around the dot. Concentrate on the freeze going away and it should.

Helps a little, going to try it next time I sit down to do something creative and get stuck. I have done similar spells for stress relief that worked for me, so I see this doing something to help.
