First, stand with your feet apart. Imagine 'roots' coming from the bottom of your feet connecting you to the ground. Focus on feeling energy going up through your feet and into your body.

And you are finished! Enjoy this spell!

i ever see this things too, but this makes weakness, if somebody do using Black magic and spread it into .. house just to be stepped on, then .. will sick just in seconds, because he/she just adsorb it from legs, also in chinese martial arts, if using inner energy from this kind of things, if someone just stab the lower legs then 100% will lose in battle.
