It is a very simple and useful technique to gain energy. First of all do meditation up to which you feel very calm and stress free. Then sit in cross leg position. Then visualize that you are raising your index fingre. With the help of your index fingre draw three magical symbols like a pentagram , om , cross anything you want , on your front side ,right side and left side. Then visualize the symbols are glowing with white light. Then visualize from symbols white energy coming towards you. You are become more brightend. Feel energy, visualize energy , hear it. After this open your eyes and concentrate on palm of your dominant hand. You feel your own energy.
