Sit quietly while relaxing in a comfortable position. Light some incense or other smells which will help to give you a calm mind. Say, or think to yourself, "With this sent curse, I make your luck worse. By might of power and fear, I leave it here". Visualize the person you intend to curse. You may whisper their name three times to help direct the curse their way.
