However, if you wish to be healthy, youthful and beautiful, you need to live a healthy, active lifestyle with a daily beauty routine. You can say chants before a meal, exercising, washing your face, or applying lotion. As you do these activities, imagine your goal, this will further set your intention and charge the energy around you. Others will notice a difference, but it will not be a dramatic overnight change from looking like yourself to looking like a celebrity.
