This is fake and does not work. Also, you got the chant wrong. It is used on Thackery Binx in Hocus Pocus and it goes ''Twist the bones and bend the back (Itchita Copita Melaka Mystica) Trim him of his baby fat (Itchita Copita Melaka Mystica) Give him fur black and black. Just. Like. This.'' It is made-up nonsense for a kids film. Even the part that goes itchita copita melaka mystica is nonsense with no meaning. You cannot physically transform someone into a cat.
