2 white candles

Draw a pentagram on the ground. (Inside or outside). Place the 2 white candles on the east and west. Place the purple at north. Now take the necklace and place it ind the middle of the drawn pentagram. Meditate and clear your head of thoughts, leaving the only focus on power. Open your eyes. Now, while lighting the candles chant: tibi me virtus mea et armillam de benedicam tibi habeas invocato sinite atque adeo vires tria ter fiat. Blow out the candles in one blow. Visualize the smoke coming up is an energy you take to you and force it on the necklace with powered energy.
Note: You should always carry the necklace. It makes your magic more powerful. If someone else gets it, it can be used for black magic.
Magick is intention, not colour. This is a basic enchantment. If you're hoping to bring something like love, luck, wealth so on into your life, you could consider it ''white magick'' since your intention is to help and not harm.
You mean Led? Honestly I would go with real candles but if you have allergies or asthma I would use led candles and turn them on when it says to light them. To be safe. Yes I see no reason you couldn't especially if you can not light candles where you currently reside.
I've never used them, but I know some witches do, so it should be fine. It symbolizes fire [and the colour of the candle could add to the spell] so if it works for you, go for it. [unless you need to burn something, I don't see why it wouldn't work]
