Chant to yuorself or out loud:

"I wish to summon a(n) (Creature type) named (Creature name). I do/do not give my creature permission to interact with the world. They will be loyal to me, reliable, and my best friend. Everyone can see and interact with it. It will be (Age) years old, a (Gender), and will always be nice and positive. So mote it be!!"

Is there any instructions on to do u have to go find it or will it come to you

For creature type would we put the specific type of creature or just the type of creature in all?

It doesn't matter. You can't summon physical beings out of thin air. Thoughtforms exist, but those are purely spiritual beings and take careful construction.
