Sounds cute, just worried about sugar clumping since you're adding liquid to it.
Im new here do you have to let it sit for a certain amount of time???????
It doesn't seem so. I would bless it with a chant if you would like, otherwise, this seems to be either an offering for faeries or used to bake item [which could also be used in offerings] just be sure to adjust the sweetness of the recipe since you've mixed two types of sugar together.
Word of caution, if you bake an offering, give the one that is perfect. If you offer a burnt one, a broken one, or one that you stuck a toothpick in to see if it was finished cooking, some Fae would see it as an insult.
I occasionally mix a tablespoon of this into a cup of warm cream to give as an offering.
