why there is a spell like this, i really see many kids are guest to site? and also little effort or just small 3 sentenced spell without other doings, will not work

Very simplistic. I would flesh this out into an actual spell. As outlined, you can chant while staring at your crushes photo. This can work, but it would be difficult to cast consistently. It would rely completely on the amount of Magikal energy you can charge and whether or not the person already has feelings for you. While I am not advocating for a bunch of items in a spell, adding 2 or 3 more items would add to the energy. The items would have love Magik, which would add to the spell, and reduce the amount of energy you need to charge. You will still need to charge energy and set your intention, but it would be less taxing. I would also caution you on the wording. Depending on how much energy you conjure, this could backfire.
