Casting Instructions for 'Running Through His Mind'
You will need the following items for this spell:
- 1 extra large red candle
- Matches (NOT a lighter)
- A thumb tack
- 3 drops of your own blood (optional)

- A thumb tack
- 3 drops of your own blood (optional)
Take the tack and carve your loves full name into the candle long wise. Next carve their birthdate on the candle underneath their name. Light the candle and let it burn
Put out the candle ONLY when you can't constantly watch it. Otherwise keep the candle burning. Keep relighting and burning the candle until you've burned it down. You should recieve contact within a fortnight.
