this works the best if you can say the chant while the person is sleeping, the very best time is within the 1st 20 minutes they are sleeping. beware do Not use this on 2 people within the same day or both may show up they well.....
It says dump because it means that like if your crush likes someone else (or if they have a girlfriend/boyfriend) you would want them to dump the person they are dating.
