what should i do with the paper after putting it in water; also do this work

I don't see how this is a ''dark'' spell (especially since it mentions holiness), it reads as an average love chant. That being said, the spell alone won't grant you a significant other. You need to put yourself out there and work on knowing the person you have in mind, and this spell may help them bond with you faster.
