Stand in front of the mirror with a lit candle and chant:
"Gods and Goddesses,
Hear my prayer!
I am too small!
I wish to be 7 inches taller.
I wish to be 7 inches taller.
I wish to be 7 inches taller!
Mote it be!"
Now put out the candle with your fingers. You should feel some pain.

I don't think this is gonna work for me my friend I'm very short and I think it's too late to try...
i’ve never tried this spell before and don’t know if it actually works or not
Measure how tall you are before the spell. Cast the spell, then measure yourself 28 days later [one moon cycle] if it works, you should have grown 7 inches in that timeframe.
I ll try and tell results ... after 28 days ..
can i customize it by saying any other number? if I grow 7 inches I'll be too tall, I just want 3-4 inches at max.
A chant will not change your physical height.
It depends on the context. If you are enchanting a seedling to grow into a healthy plant, yes. If you are still growing and are enchanting your food to ensure you grow healthy and strong, yes. There are still limitations. Growth spells are more for plants, or growing as a person than physically growing taller.
