Write 13 on a parchment paper your and your loved one's names making sure they are entwined or interlaced (the names need to touch each other), set alight the parchment paper thinking of the loved one saying 3 times before the parchment burns completely:
''like the flame burns this paper, so burns my love for you''.

Ok can u place the 13 and names just anywhere?

Usually when writing on a parchment a technique used is repeating the phrase. Many like to fill the entirety of the parchment so you may wish to write the number 13 then the names all down the paper until you have no longer space. The spell suggests as well to entwine the names. However, if your parchment is very small it is perfectly acceptable to write it only once. Whatever works well for you.
