Stare at the item until all you can think about is him/her. Then stare at yourself in the mirror until all you can think about is yourself. Then close your eyes and don't open them until all you can think about is you and him/her. Then open you're eyes and chant

"I'll love for all eternity
Now you shall love me
As I say now mote it be!"
