Believe in energy forces and concentrate in the spirit board. Now try to sense someone between all of you and do not take your hands off of the cup or the arrow that is in the spiritual board. If you sense a spirit in the middle of you try not to ask if he is evil or good. Even the evil can fool you saying how he or she is good.

First ask

• what is your name?
• what is your age?
• what do you want here?

If the spirit says "kill" - Imediately say goodbye to him together and stay calm. Some peoples can be possessed by the spirit. And that's why you should have a salt around. To make a protective circle around you, without the spiritual board, will be protected.
