Say: "Oh love Goddess: please make me a promise that you will make him/her love me forevermore. When I mutter their name, they will love me even more". Light the red candle and visualize the person the spell is intended to work towards.

Too simplistic to work. As energy wears off, the spell would end. Unless you cast this on a regular basis, I do not see it working.
