For chants [which is what this is] it depends on you. Charge energy until you feel like bursting, then begin chanting. You'll fall into a trance [basically you'll stop focusing on saying it and fall into a rhythm of chanting] and you would repeat it until you feel it's time to stop. When you reach that point, release the energy. [stomp your foot, clap your hands, snap your fingers, drop to the ground, scream, say ''it's done'' or something similar, ring a bell, blow out a candle, throw something, hand movements, so on. Whatever you feel signals release]
