(State what you want, who you want to seduce and then thank the sisters)

After thanking the sisters, do you say So Mote It Be or anything like that?
'So mote it be' is little different than saying 'Amen' or 'thy will be done. It is an affirmation to end a prayer, nothing more (or less). You can use it as a statement if you wish, but it is not a requirement of spell-work.
As Spirit76 said, not required and it's just a way to end a spell [in a way] so you could make your own phrase, or do something that to you symbolizes ending the spell. I usually clap my hands three times [or stomp my foot if it's a more intense working]
